This full gut remodel was originally designed and by Architect Richard Whitaker (one of the founding architects of Sea Ranch).The family has owned this home and the compound with two other structures for 25+ years.

I was hired to update the home for the next generation of family members. The spirit of the spaces felt very coastal and much like structures you would see at Sea Ranch.
